Please provide the name, organisation, email address and telephone number for TWO referees – one of whom must be your Level 3 (or last) tutor.

Mental Health History

Counselling training courses are particularly emotionally challenging and it is important that you are in a robust emotional state of mind to undertake these qualifications.  This will not necessarily preclude you from joining your preferred course; however, please state honestly if you have had a history of mental health problems and/or any significant traumatic events in your personal history - especially if these have been within the last two years.
